    Platinum – $2,500
    Company update at each conference, no speaking fee, one free registration per year.
    Gold – $1,000
    $100 speaking fee, one free registration
    Silver – $500
    $200 speaking fee

    All levels include: signage at conference, notation on conference schedules, notation on conference name badges, and inclusion on the AFIB website ‘Latest’ section.
